MAHARAJAH’S DEATH
PEACE CONFERENCE DELEGATE

The death has occurred of the Maharajah of Bikaner, in- his 63rd year. He was one of two representatives of India at the Peace Conference in 1919, and represented the ruling Princes of India at the Assembly _of the League of Nations in 19 24. In 1930 he led the Indian delegation to the Assembly. In 1930-31 he was a member of the Indian States delegation to the Indian Round Table Conference in London.
