STYLES LIMITED Women's shoes limited to two designs—court and lace-up, says a Sydney message. Metal buckles and studs will be prohibited; no more open toes or cut-out sides and heels will be made. Eyelet holes for lacing will be limited. Cuban heels only will be made wit ha maximum height of 2 1-8 in., instead of the previously permitted 2 gin. Sports footwear and winter bootees will not be produced except by licence. London shops at present are showing good stocks of utility shoes, and deliveries are being made to the provinces.
