Council v. Power Board The Supreme Court action between th.e Tauranga Borough Council and the Tauranga Electric Power Board will he resumed in Auckland on Monday next. Relief Goods For England Advice has just been received that a further large shipment of relief gift goods sent through the Joint Council of the Order of St. John and the New Zealand Red Cross Society have arrived safely in England. The war organisation of the British Red Cross Society have asked that publicity be given to the fact that the goods are a very welcome gift. It is also stated that they are not only greatly appreciated, but will be most helpful in these day's of stress, and especially for the coming cold weather.
