INCREASED ACTIVITY
OPERATIONS IN LIBYA PATROLS CONTACT ENEMY COLUMNS WIDESPREAD AIK RAIDS London, April 2S. A Cairo message states there has been some increase in activity in the air and also on land in Libya. Bombs were dropped on Benghasi. Martuba and Tmimi. Two of our planes are missing. There has been considerable patrol activity in the Western Desert. Enemy columns, after making contact with onr patrols, withdrew.
