DEBATE ON WAR SITUATION CHURCHILL TO ADDRESS COMMONS STATEMENT BY EDEN London, April 21 The Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden, speaking in the House of Commons, told the House that there would be a debate on the war situation in secret session. In reply to a question Mr Eden said that "the Prime Minister would address the House in secret jsession also.
