John Hogan’s lecture, “Victory— Post War Reconstruction,” should be of strong interest. The lecturer, Aus-tralian-born, actually started his career at the age of fifteen. At the age of 20 Dr. W. Moloney, in the House of Representatives in Melbourne said: “Young Mr Hogan has lectured 1100 times and has been welcomed at every meeting, his future will be great, but no greater than I wish it to be.”—(Hansard, October, 1936). At the age of 24, Mr Hogan’s opinion on “Victory— Post War Reconstruction” should be well worth considering.
