Ki ltie Frock
A kiltie plaid frock in green and yellow plaid is typp cally junior with pleated skin on the bias and stud fastened shirt top with lace edged white collar. Note the shoulder labs that button on to the triangle patch pockets and the novelty belt inset with leather.
