MIXED FOURSOMES MARRED BY WET WEATHER
Last Saturday, the weather, which had been favourable through the majority, of the season, proved to he the worst experienced this winter. The mixed foursomes set down for play Avere conducted in spite of the rain, however, and a surprising number of cards were returned. The Winners proved to be Mrs Rodgers and L. Parkes who won on - the count back from Mrs Mayfield and .T. Green. The best cards were as,. follows:-—

Steele, 101-18-B’3; Mrs McKerrow and Dr. Mark, 103-20-83. Next Competition , On Saturday next a Stableford Bogey handicap will he played in three-ball formation. Because of the number of championship matches being played the draw is cancelled and players will choose their own partners.
