Wellington, April so The executive committee of the University Senate recently considered a report on an investigation into the marking of scrips in the U iiiv w ’ sity entrance arithmetic examination for 1935) and passed the following resolution:
“That the executive committee re-' cord its strong disapproval of tho lack of reasonable care shown by tho examiners of arithmetic in the jgjj university entrance examination, and recommends the Senate to debar each of them from acting as exam-
mer in any entrance examination during the pleasure of the Senate, but in no case for less than f| Ve
years.”
