Guests at the Star Hotel include Messrs Ashton, Burns, Steele, Howard, Williams, Martin, Banton, Clark, Kinnear, and McAneny.
The Rev. H. Irving entered hospital this morning to undergo an operation.
Mr Jack Bateman and Mr W. Renshaw are visiting Rotorua to-day to play in the Golf Tournament. The first qualifying round is to be held to-morroAv; Bateman is on a four handicap and Renshaw on five.
Mrs Allan Buxton and Mrs Hutchinson, of 'Takapuna, spent the week-end in Tauranga and have returned home. Mrs Buxton brought her two children who are spending the school holidays with friends.
Mr and Mrs Whelan, and Miss Una Whelan, of Hamilton, who have been staying at the Masonic Hotel, left on their return this morning.
Visitors at the Masonic Hotel include Mr and Mrs Hardy, Mr and Mrs Wood, Messrs Mawhinney, Gai’rett, Hamerton, Rickerby and Pritchard.
