ARMS FOR WHEAT
RUMANIAN DEAL Bucharset, July 21 Rumania has agreed to barter 50,000’ railway wagon loads of wheat, worth £ 3,500,000, for armaments, from Italy and Germany, the latter to take delivery of 3 0,000 loads in September.
