“EAT MORE BUTTER”
AUSTRALIAN CAMPAIGN A campaign extending over several mouths is being undertaken to increase butter consumption in Australia. A fund of £8,500 has been raised and publicity will be given through the Press, radio and in other ways. Butter consumption across the Tasman is much below that in New Zealand. But the Dominion really leads the world in this, averaging nearly 401 b. a head a year. With a warmer climate it is unlikely that Australians would, or should, eat as much butter as New Zealanders.
