ANZAC DAY, MONDAY, 25th APRIL The Civic Service will be held in the Town Hall, Tauranga, at 2.15 p.m. Parade will move off from Ist Avenue-Devonport Road at 1.45. Decorations and medals will be worn. Requiem Mass at St. Mary’s Church, 9 a.m. Invitations have been extended to R.S.A. members. The public are invited to place their wreaths at the memorial gates. Service at Te Puke 11 a.m. p. a. mcintosh, Secretary. ANZAC DAY MONDAY, APRIL 2 5 th. A COMBINED MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held in the Town Hall at 2.15 p.m. to pay respect to all those who gave their lives in the Great War. A Procession of all bodies will leave the First Avenue and Devonport Road intersection at 1.45 p.m., via Devonport Road, Strand, and Wharf Street, to the Town Hall. Veterans, Returned Soldiers, Territorials, Senior Cadets, Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, members of St. John Ambulance Association, Band, Fire Brigade, and all other local bodies are asked to parade at First Avenue at 1.30 p.m. Memorial Gates After the service in the Town Hall the public is invited to accompany the members of the R.S.A. to the above at the Domain.
