CLAIM FOR £53:1 London, April 1!) Saying he did not regard the flight as urgent business, Mr Justice Duparcq refused to postpone an action by Mrs Jill Wyndham, the airwoman, ■against Flight-Lieut. David Llewellyn on the ground that the latter was starting on his Cape flight to-mor-row. Mrs Wyndham claims £553 and a half-share of the profits from their Capetown to London flight in 1935.
