VALUE OF WHEY
LITTLE MISS MUFFET AVAS AA 7 ISE London, April 19 Little Miss Muffet was a thoroughly wise young person because she ate both curds and whey, the latter ot which many cheese-makers throw away. The Nutrition Advisory Committee now emphasises the value of whey, which, it says, could with advantage be used with cereals to correct deficiencies. Also it could be utilised for feeding live-stock.
