SEA-JELt IX JiM. v- \ A new use for Gregg's Sea-Jell. When making Melon .Tam, add one packet of SeaJcII to each twelve pounds finished jam, adding; same five minutes before boiling stops. This gives it the correct: iodine content, and makes the jam set beautifully.
