Cooper, N. Hulton. NOTES. The Thames Courier, in referring to the Auckland-Thames match, says Jimmie Ake was in his element behind the scrum. He sent out some beautiful passes. His mates did not take much advantage of them. He was the outstanding back on the field. He played bis best game to date. The Rangitaiki v. Galatea representative match for the Hurinui Apanui Shield -was determined at Te Teko on Saturday last, when the holders registered a victory to the tune of 25 to 6.
