HIGHER PROFITS
In the London "Newspaper World" of April 16, it is reported that the accounts of Lever Brothers for 1931 show an increase in the net profit of £153,839, compared with 1930, to £5,903,498. No change is to be made in the rate of dividend on the ordinary shares at 10 per cent., and the carry forward is increased from £207,794 to £230,482. Lever Brothers* success is a testimony to their faith in consistent advertising.
