PERSONAL.
Mr McDonald, who has been on a business visit to Tauranga, returned to Waikato to-day. Mr and Mrs W. Everett, of Greytown, are the guests of Mr and Mrs A. Everett, of Judea. Visitors staying at St. Anne’s Private Hotel are Dr and Mrs Thompson and family (Rotorua), Messrs H. and J. Judge (Hamilton), and Woods (Rotorua). Dr and Mrs Elliott, of Sydney, are visiting Tauranga and are staying at the Star Hotel. Mr B. C. Robbins left this afternoon on a visit to Te Aroha and returns on Monday.
Mrs B. C. Robbins is spending a holiday with her daughter, Mrs I. T. Fallwell, at Waihi. Dr M. H. Watt, Director-General of Health for New Zealand, visited Whakatane this week and conferred with the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board.
Mr and Mrs Strange, who have been staying at Hotel Roslyn. left to-day for Hawera.
