KATIKATI NOTES
MONETARY REFORM. A meeting of settlers of Katikati and district, convened by the local branch of the Farmers’ Union, was held in the Public. Hall, Katikati, on Saturday last. # Mr A. E. Robinson addressed the meeting on. “The 'Way Out of the Trouble,” and delivered a very interesting and instructive address. The meeting carried a resolution urging the Government to hold an immediate enquiry into the various systems of monetary reform with the object of adopting the best of such systems if found suitable to the present financial and trade difficulties of the Dominion.
