Willow Street, on Wednesday, the 27th April, at 7 p.m. viz.," That the Tauranga Borough Council pursuant to the powers conferred upon it by Section 24 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 19 2S grant to The Shell Company of New Zealand Limited the right to lay a 3 inch petroleum conduit pipe and 1J inch gas pipe in Cliff Road, Marsh Street and Chapel Street in the positions shown on Plan Number 1272 prepared and supplied by the said Company; that the said grant bo for a term of ten years at a rental of £5 per year and upon the terms and conditions contained in the draft grant of easement prepared and submitted by the Borough Solicitors and that this resolution be later submitted for as a special order at a meeting of the Council to be hold on 27th April. 1932.
