A record in divorces is held by Ibn Saud, Sultan of Nejd, a powerful Arabian ruler. He has.been divorced 76 times. The kingdom of Nejd is ruled by the law of the Wahabis, which is a.n extreme interpretation of the Mohammedan code. By this law a man may divorce his wife by simple repudiation.
