I'D owner o£ all that parcel of land containing SO acres more or less being Allotment 302 Parish of Te Papa Cook’s County bounded on the north by Allotment 301. 2,251 links, on the east by Allotment 303, 1.925 links; on the south by Allotment 316. 2.855 links; and on the west by a road 100 links wide. 1,278 links and 1,090 links, which said parcel of land was granted to HARRY do KOZBLLE. a private in the First Regiment. Waikato Militia, by Crown Grant dated 29/6/IS6S hold unregistered in the Deeds Register Office at Auckland under Number R. 73. WHEREAS after due enquiry the owner of the above described land cannot be found; AND WHEREAS the said owner has no known agent or agents in New Zealand NOW the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner within six months from the date of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land and if he docs not do so the Public Trusteo will exercise with regard to tho said land all the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act. 1908 (Part II) and its amendments.
