YOUTH DUNS AMOK. Oslo, March 20 In response to a request by a calm voice on the telephone to send the police and the lire brigade to Verdal, near Trondheim, the authorities found that (lie caller, aged 21 years, had slaughtered his father, mother and live brothers and sisters with an axe and had set fire to the house.
