TC'OTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the above Act and the Regulations made thereunder, every person and company within the meaning of the said Act. whether a taxpayer or not. being owner of land in New Zealand, is hereby required to make and furnish to me. in the prescribed form, returns of such land as at 12 o’clock noon on the 31st day of March, 1932. If the total unimproved value of the land of any person or company, as assessed under the Valuation of Land Act. 1925. does not exceed £SOO. a return of land need not be furnished. And. further notice is hereby given that such returns shall in all cases be delivered at or forwarded to the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, in the Government Buildings at-Wel-lington, on or before the Bth day of April. 1932. SPECIAL ORDER. is hereby given that the following resolution, passed at a Special Meeting of the Tauninga Borough Council on the 23rd day of March, 1932, will come up for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the said Council to be held in the Council Chambers, WiJJow Street, on Wednesday, the 27th April, at 7 p.m. viz., That the Tauranga Borough Council pursuant to the powers conferred upon it by Section 24 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1928 grant to The Shell Company of New Zealand Limited the right to lay a 3 inch petroleum conduit pipe and 1J inch gas pipe in Cliff Road, Marsh. Street and Chapel Street in the positions shown on Plan Number 1272 prepared and supplied by the said Company: that the said grant be for a term of ten years at.a rental of £5 per year and upon the terms and conditions contained in the draft grant of easement prepared and submitted by the Borough Solicitors and that this resolution be later submitted for confirmation..as a special order at a meeting of the Council to be held on 27th April, 1932.
