TOA REFLOATED.
SHEATHING OF HELL TORN. Whakatane, March 21 The motor vessel Toa, which was successfully refloated on Saturday, was berthed later at tho. wharf. The vessel was leaking, but appeared to be litllo damaged through grounding on the bar. The sheathing of the hull was torn through contact with the rocks at the river entrance.
