(Per Press Association) Wellington March o After granting certain legacies, the lute Sir Charles Skerrett, as the first provision of his will directed his trustees to set aside one-tenth of the net balance of his estate for the purpose of paying the income from such sum to educational charities in ' New Zealand to be from time to j time determined by the trustees under certain directions expressed in the will. The will also bequeaths the sum of £SOO to the authorities of St. Patrick’s College to be used by them to keep up the educational annuities granted by Sir Charles Skerrett in that institution. The estate has for temporary purposes been sworn at under £BO,OOO.
