ACTION FOR DAMAGES
London, Jun. 22. A jury in the King’s Bench Division to-day awarded Horatio Bottomley £ISOO damages and costs against Henry James Houston, in connection with a book published by Hirst and Blackett, Lim. ited, who paid the agreed damages after u jury had disagreed in July. Houston to.duy did not appear to contest the case.
