CONFUSION FURTHER INCREASED. The Times. Rcc Nov. 9, 8.50 a.m. London, Nov 7. Tlie confusion already reigning in French politics, has been further inincreased by the formation of a, new Chamber group, called the Guache Independents, consisting of seventeen Opposition Secessionists, who voted with the Government on November 3. There are now ten official Chamber groups, besides thirty so-called Independents, including the Royalists.
