Auckland, Nov 4 At the Supreme Court in an actic i for divorce, with a claim for £b J 0 damages, Joseph Henry Lorn ;.s, petitioner, June Lomas, rosy ■ a dent, and Albert Lynch core --pendent, the jury found there had been misconduct- and awarded petitioner Xl5O damages. Mr Justice Herdman entered judgment accordingly with a decree nisi.
