Tlie Times, in an editorial condemning the Turkish Christian deportations, points out that the north and south, of the Brussells’ Hue, villages have been cleared of population, whose only guilt appears to he a. desire* to come under British mandate. This action, whether officially ordered or independently undertaken, is both a. breach of the Treaty of Lausanne, and an atlront u> the League of Nations.
