LICENSING DISPUTE
COMMITTEE REFUSES LICENSE.*
(Per Press Association.} Auckland, June 13 The Manukau Licensing Committee on Monday refused to grant a- renewal of thei 'license of the Hibernian Hotel, Onehunga, to A. F. Q. Bass. Counsel for the licensee then intimated that he would move, for a mandamus to have the case remanded to. the! Supreme l Court toi overrule the commit toe’s action. Bass has new taken the preliminary step stewards an action, for damages claiming £2OO from each member of the commitltee, excepting Mr McKean S.M., chairman, who 1 was not present at Monday's meeting.
