WENSLEYDALE SHEEP FOR N. Z
The Yorkshire Herald reports that at the animal meeting of the Weiisleydale Longwool Sheep Breed rs’ Association held at the Victory Hotel. Heeds. several breeders reported that the Prime Minister of New-Zealand had inspected then* Hocks, and had purchased several specimens for export to tliar, country. This was considered a verv important development for the breed, and. breeders looked forward with confidence to \\ensleydale sheep becoming a breed in Xew Zealand, and being exported in large numbers to that, as well as oilier count idem
