A Seaiile radiogram received here sta'es that a heavy wind and rainstorm is sweeping the waters of (he north-west Pacific. During the night it claimed five lives from the Canadian tug Tyee which sank in Pender Bay, Van couver Island. Ihe crew numbered seven, of whom only the engineer and mate survived. Rescue ships are ceaselessly patrolling the waters to prevent further disaster.
