The Relchhank has decided that henceforth it would only give credits 011 a gold mark basis, the discount rates for which me fixed at ten per cent. Herr Ebert, has confirmed the. appointment of Schact as President of the Reichsbank. Schact retains, the post of currency commissioner. Ebert has appointed a committee to deal with the question of reduction of Imperial expenditure.
