Yamamoto has accepted the major ity of the party’s demand for a twenty per cent reduction in the reconstruction Budget, thus averting the resignation cf the Cabinet ami the dissolution of Par'iament, which appeared imminent yesterday, as the result "Of a prolonged and spirit- ' ed debate in which the majority of the party, in addition, demanded the abolition of the Restoration Board in the interest cf economy. Yamamoto eventually acceded to the demand.
