HOCKEY NOTES
A seven-a-si,do match will bo played between Gate Ra (holders) and Maruros- (challengers) for the bullous on. Thursday next. The Merry weather Cup matches will be [flayed ou Saturday morning, when D.P’s meet Huia, and Colts meet Mauugatapu. An executive- meeting is called for Thursday night at 7 p.m to deal with tiie Ma-ungatapu-Huia protest. An Association meeting is called for 7.30 on Thursday night. The business is to deal with Kttsabs Shield and Teuton Cup'matches, to receive report and recommendation regarding contest, and arranging the closing of the season. A general meeting of the Carnival Committee and workers is called fur 8 p.m on Thursday to arrange for the coronation, etc.
