Rec April 29, morning Washington, April 27 The Government has informed the Cuban Government that it must set its economic and financial house in order, or United States financial intervention will inevitably follow. The Cuban Minister, Cespedes, declares all Cuba needs is a little more time and faith, and the co-operation of friends in order to achieve the desired end.
