it ig not often that a company of the calibre of “The Fashion Plate Dandies ’ appears in Tauranga. Consequently the announcement that this smart combination will make their appearance in the Town Hall to-morrow and Friday evenings will doubtless be received with pleasure, "the i asiuou Plate Dandies” are a clever coiene of artists presenting costume-comedy ■ along revue lines. Many of the moat recent revue successes are included in their repertoire, and, in addition, they possess quite a number of copyright items which are the exclusive property of the management. The excellent reports which are Lu hand concerning ■'ihe Fashion Plates” indicate that they are a body of entertainers oi more than average merit, the Wellington 'Post” claiming that no better company of its kind has yet been seen, the artists are Miss Rosa. Walton, a brilliant pianist and a charming exponent ot songs at the piano j Alias Leuore Graham, an English comedienne ui great abiiuy as a performer and a most efficient producer; Aliss Wyu Faulkner, a tine contralto, Mr. Syd Lvingsiey ,a pleasing lyric tenor, Air. Been Millar, the popular basso, who L already an established favourlie wiih i oca! audiences, Air. Will B. Keany, an excellent character comedian, and Mr. George Titch- • ner, a noted English comedian with a good record of success.
