Reserved judgment was given yesterday by Mr Hosking, SM, in a case in which a tenant named Robert A Johnston sued his ’ landlord, Leo Fischer, for £SO damages for alleged wrong ful entry of a house owned by defendant and occupied by plaintiff, who was in occupation before defendant purchased it. Defendant applied in court for an eviction order and was refused. Defendant thereupon, after giv ing plaintiff notice to quit, entered the house for the purpose of taking possession. His Honor gave judgment for plaintiff for £3O and costs.
