Pel). 17. 11.50 p.m, London, Feb. 16._ A Shropshire syndicate h.as arranged with Liverpool bankers ami cotton brokers to advance £400,000 towards a scheme for sowing cotten in Czechoslovakia, where it will be finished and manufactured into yarns and other goods for exportation to Britain and the Dominions. The two most prominent textile firms in Czechoslovakia will carry out the work on a profit-sharing basis. The Czechoslovakian Government. and a combine ol Czech Banks wijl guarantee the enterprise.
