PLOTTERS IN FRANCE
Reuter’s Telegrams Rcc. Feb. 18, 12.30 p.m. Paris, Feb. 17. An examination of those arrested in connection with the Communist movement in France has established that the alleged Bolshevik agent Adramovitel had a deposit of 200, 000 francs in an American bank in Paris. The money came from a German bank. A number of further arrests have taken place throughout France, also in Algeria and Tunis. John Minkin, who was arrested, was found to possess what purported to bo a passport .signed by a representative of (he Soviet Government in Sydney, Australia. The police discovered large quantities of stolen explosives in the houses of four men known to bo Bolsheviks.
