PERSIAN RAID.
On German Consulate.

Berlin, Aug. 12,
The leader of the Persian Democrats raided the German Consulate in Teheran and carried off a quantity of arms. They also arrested the Consul, Herr Schultz. The German Government has ordered tne Charge d'Affaires in Teheian to make a protest as a consequence of the incident. The students in the Berlin universities urge the withdrawal of the Persian students.
