Rec Aug 12, 8.55 a.m. London, Aug. 11. __ Teheran advices state that fighting.has taken place between Kutc'iek Khan and the late Bolshevik allies. The latter looted burnt down a large portion of a rebel stronghold at Resht. I hey have proclaimed a general mobilisation and are unsuccessfully trying to conscript Persians between 18 and 45 years of age. I he Shah presented Varosselsky, a Russian in command of the Cossack division, with a diamondbelted sword in recognition of his military services.
