Hand grenades were freely used until the troops, by vol'eys, killed and wounded many of the rioters. Berlin, June 27 Thousands of people at Hamburg and Altona, protesting against high prices raided shops. The police were compelled to fight the mob. Three of the latter were killed and a number wounded.
