It is reported here that the Czecho Slovak revolters executed Admiral Koltchak, though the Moscow Soviet wirelessed, asking them to spare his life. RecFeb 13. H-35 a.m. Paris, Feb. 12. Hungary is offering the Peace Conference to provide 60,000 men to fight the Bolsheviks if the Allies equip them. RecFeb- 13, 12.40 a.m. London, Feb J2. A Novo Roussisk message via Moscow reports the loss 01 the transport Karantin with 1400 refugees who fled on the approach of the Bolsheviks. The message alleges that owing to the indignation of those left behind Deniken's artillery fired upon the vessel, and a shell blew up the boiler, and the vessel sank.
