Large Loan for Re establishing

Marshal Foch accompanies M. Millerancl (Premier) and the French Ministers to London for Thursday's Allied Conference. It is expected that Marshal Foch will open negotiations in London for a long term of British credits to France, also raising a large international loan, to which rhe AUies and neutrals will contribute, for the purpose of reestablishing French industries. The Germans will be compelled to repay the loan.
