V Tauranga Visit Abandoned The Town Clerk, Mr F. G Catchpole, received a telegram this afternoon L'i'oin the Secretary of the Industries Committee stating that owing to shortness of time the Committee was reluctantly com polled to omit its proposed visit to Tauranga. We were informed on Saturday last that the Committee was io visit other coastal districts, but have not heard that it is novo proposed to also abandon their visit there.
