The Defence Minister fays the men who liava b-:eu called will^ go in o camp on the da f.03 fixed. B^th the August and September drafts are small and all the mou are needed. He expected to be in a position fco dr< p the December draft and though not desirous of making promises tiir J. Allen indicated that possibly lie January draft WoulJ also not te required. If the December draft were dropped it will mean that p.obably not more than about 600 additional Second Division mon will receive orders to mobiiizo this year.
