London, July 17 Correspondents on the American front state tbat the Franco-Americans' counter-attack eastward of Chateau Thierry last night re-took the towns of La Ohappelle and Monthodon, and also portions of Boisdeconie. Fighting continue?. The Americans everywhere are holding ground both eastward of Rheims and in tho Chateau Thieri'y region.
